Swimming
Please have your children wear their bathing suits under their clothes and bring a towel and a change of clothes in a tote or backpack. Please have all items marked with permanent marker or labels with the camper’s name.
Camp Gan Israel is proud of its swimming program. Experienced Red Cross certified lifeguards supervise all activities. CGI strongly emphasizes its swimming instruction program with the priority on safety. Each child receives Red Cross certified swimming lessons and is issued a “Gan Izzy Red Cross Card” at the end of each week highlighting the swimming skills they have learned during that period.
